1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or retaining 4trees Cannabis Building for consulting, design, or documentation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not engage our services.
2. Services
We provide consulting and professional services related to cannabis facility development and operations, which may include facility and workflow planning, construction ready drawings, equipment and system design, SOPs and training materials, and licensing or compliance support. The specific scope, schedule, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, or email confirmation.
3. Payments
Project pricing and payment terms are confirmed in writing before we begin. For one time services such as facility plans, business plans, and consulting, payment is typically 40% upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We will always provide proof of completion before final payment is collected. For ongoing services such as our Master Grower Program, training, or course based support, payments are billed monthly, typically at the beginning of each month, or on another schedule that works best with the client. Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time with 30 days written notice. Late payments may result in a pause in service or delays until the account is brought up to date.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you own the final deliverables we create for you once your account is paid in full. We may showcase non confidential parts of the work in our portfolio and marketing, such as general layout visuals, renders, or finished documentation screenshots.
5. Client Responsibilities
To keep your project moving, you agree to: Provide required information, site details, and access as needed Review drafts and provide approvals or feedback in a reasonable timeframe Respond to messages within a reasonable timeframe For ongoing support such as our Master Grower Program and training courses, you also agree to keep us updated regularly on your progress, plant health, growroom environmentals, and any issues you are running into. Clear, timely updates help us guide you properly and keep your training plan on track.re smooth project delivery, you agree to:Provide necessary assets, access, and approvals on timeRespond to communication within a reasonable timeframe
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Either party may cancel services with written notice. For one time projects, if you cancel after work has started, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any prepaid amounts will be applied to completed work and delivered materials. For ongoing services such as our Master Grower Program and training courses, you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. You will remain responsible for any fees due up to the end of the notice period.
7. Website Use
You agree not to use this site to distribute malware, spam, or infringe on any laws or rights.
8. Plan & Intellectual Property Usage
We are not responsible for damages, losses, or costs that result from using our website, or from using our plans, drawings, SOPs, or consulting outside the scope of the agreed project. Final implementation decisions and on site execution remain the responsibility of the client and their contractors.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
