Return and Refund Policy​:

Unopened packages can be returned within 90 days for a full refund, customer pays return shipping. In the event of damaged or defective product, we must be notified within 30 days, and we will replace at no charge to customer.

Shipping:

Free freight minimum within British Columbia is $2500 and under 6000 LBs. LTL orders under $2500 will incur a $100 minimum order surcharge. LTL orders under $2500 and over 6000 LBs will incur a $300 minimum order surcharge. Freight to all other provinces will be charged actual freight unless noted. UPS freight rates range from $20 to $35 depending on weight.
